Who We Are
Gathering Beans is a nonprofit coffee shop and community space dedicated to creating meaningful employment and job training opportunities for individuals with special abilities. We serve great coffee while building confidence, skills, and connection.
Why We Exist
Many talented individuals face barriers to employment and social inclusion. We exist to change that by providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming place where everyone can contribute, grow, and belong—one cup at a time.
How We Do It
We offer hands-on café training, mentorship, and real-world work experience, partner with local roasters, and create an inviting environment where every purchase supports people and purpose.
